Every Wag Terms of Service

Welcome to Every Wag! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Every Wag mobile and web applications (the "App"), owned and operated by Oh Rover, LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company ("Oh Rover", "Every Wag", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

1. Overview of the App

Every Wag is a digital pet care application designed to help pet owners manage their animals' daily and long-term health and wellness. The App offers features such as routine scheduling, health and behavior tracking, data insights, personalized pet profiles, reminders, record uploads, and the ability to generate care instructions. Every Wag currently supports multiple species and provides species-specific care suggestions.

Please note: All content provided through the App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. The App is intended for residents of the United States only.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and agree not to share them with others.

You agree not to:

Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the App's operation.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you upload to the App. If you choose to share pet profiles with co-owners or caretakers, you control and authorize their access.

4. Subscription and Payments

Every Wag offers a freemium model. Users can access basic features for free and may upgrade to a Premium subscription billed monthly or annually after a 1 month free trial.

Subscription fees are charged through the app stores or payment processors we partner with. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel before the billing period ends.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to our collection of certain information including your name, email, and pet information. With your permission, we may also collect your location to offer localized advice (e.g., weather alerts, regional vaccinations).

We may use cookies and third-party tools (like UXCam) for authentication and analytics to improve your user experience. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Content and Advice Disclaimer

The content provided in the App, including health tracking tools, calorie recommendations, body condition scoring (BCS), and care suggestions, is general in nature and not a substitute for veterinary care.

Every Wag is not a licensed veterinary provider and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for animals. Users should consult a veterinarian before making changes to their pet’s diet, medications, or routines.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Every Wag or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy or completeness of the App’s content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Wag shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or connected to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including health outcomes for pets based on App recommendations.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
