  • With trusted services we use to run the app, like Brevo (for emails) and UXCam (to help us understand how the app is used). These companies are under agreements to keep your data safe and only use it for the services we ask them to provide.

  • With people you choose to share your pet’s care with, like a family member or caretaker, but only if you invite them and give them permission.

  • If required by law, such as if we are responding to a legal request or need to protect your safety or the safety of others.

  • With third-party service providers (e.g., Brevo, UXCam) under confidentiality agreements

  • With co-owners or caretakers only when you explicitly assign them access

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed for legal or operational purposes. You can request deletion at any time via privacy@ohrover.com.

  • You can update or delete pet profiles and personal information

  • You can opt out of marketing emails at any time

  • You can revoke location permission through your device settings

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections, secure authentication protocols, and regular system monitoring.

However, no method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will promptly investigate and notify affected users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We also maintain an internal incident response plan to address such breaches and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.

The Every Wag App is intended for use by adults. Children under 13 should not use the App without parental consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
