No. Care Connect works alongside your existing practice management system. There’s nothing to integrate, replace, or migrate.
How long does onboarding take?
You can be set up and ready to go in less than an hour. With the guided onboarding you can hit the ground running. You can start sending guides to clients on day one or send an invite to all clients to connect with your clinic on Every Wag so they are already in the platform upon discharge.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods.
What does my team need to do to get started?
Upload your discharge instructions or describe your protocols — our template generator converts them into step-by-step client guides. Then send your first guide at discharge and check the compliance dashboard. That’s it.
Do my clients need to download the app?
No, but we highly recommend it. Clients can access their guides through the web, but the Every Wag app provides a much better experience and additional features that support pet care at home. It is free and available on both iOS and Android app stores.
What value does this offer clients beyond guides?
Even without guides, clients get instant access to your clinic's contact and emergency info, receive clinic-wide announcements, and staff can message directly. They also get access to the Every Wag app, which supports preventative care at home and lets them log pet history for more complete visits.
What kind of support do you offer?

A guide is a structured, digital aftercare plan for an Every Wag pet type — that can be assigned, customized, and sent to pet owners at discharge. It includes step-by-step tasks, medication reminders, and educational content — all delivered through the Every Wag app.
Do you support multi-location practices?
Yes. Every plan includes at least one location, and you can add additional locations as add-ons. Each location gets its own dashboard and guide management while sharing templates across your organization.
What user roles are available?
Yes. Roles range from full account admin, to manager (maintain guides and send staff announcements), to staff (send guides, view progress, and message clients).
Are additional users free?
Each user gets their own account at no extra charge — no shared logins. Users can be assigned to multiple locations and organizations, each with a different access level.
