Guides are created using clinic-provided materials. After launch, material structural changes are limited to one per guide per month. Text-only edits may be made at any time. Messages sent to the same group of users is limited to once a month, excluding critical notices. Annual plans may be billed upfront at a discounted rate.
Guides
With little to no effort from your staff, we will create custom guides for your clinic in three simple steps:

You send us your current discharge handouts, notes, or have a conversation with us (if that's easier).

Your guidance is turned into an interactive care plan then sent to you for review to provide us with any feedback or changes.

We make changes then send you your practice share code to verify the guides in the app and start sharing them with your clients.
How it works
Contact Information & Links
You just provide us with your logo, contact information, and related links via a form and we'll set it up from there. We will then send you the information to review and you can see the information in the app for yourself using your practice share code.
Client Messages
For sharing important messages in the app with your clients such as the season to restock on flea and tick medications, you just need to provide us with the content and the target clients if needed, such as dog owners. We'll send you a draft of the call to action and the content clients will see. Messages can have an action such as to purchase preventative care from your website or link to an appointment booking site.
