Use Care Connect right beside your PIMS
Bridge is a free Chrome extension that gives you quick access to Care Connect while you work in your browser-based PIMS. Find records, fill in PIMS fields and import new clients without switching tabs or typing anything twice.
What Bridge does
Your team stays in the PIMS they know, with Care Connect in the panel beside it. Here’s what they can do from there.
Find the right record without leaving your PIMS
Open a client or patient in your PIMS and Bridge finds the matching record in Care Connect, then shows their details, visits and aftercare guide progress beside the PIMS.

Fill PIMS fields in one click
Open a record in your PIMS and click Fill Fields. Client and patient details and SOAP notes from Care Connect exams fill in at once, so nobody retypes them.

Bring PIMS clients into Care Connect
Add PIMS clients to Care Connect without retyping them. Bridge reads the page and fills in the import form, then you check it and add the record.

Does Bridge work with my PIMS?
If your PIMS runs in a web browser, Bridge works with it in Google Chrome. It reads the pages your team already uses, so there’s no integration project and nothing for your PIMS vendor to set up. Desktop-only and on-premise PIMS aren’t supported yet.
Good to know:
- It works both ways: it fills your PIMS from Care Connect and brings PIMS clients and patients into Care Connect.
- It’s free for every Care Connect user. Your team signs in with their Care Connect accounts.
- Bridge is in beta. If it doesn’t recognize your PIMS, email support@everywag.com and we’ll work with you on it.

Bridge doesn’t support it yet
Desktop-only and on-premise PIMS aren’t supported yet. Care Connect still works without Bridge, so you can start with aftercare guides today.

Here’s how to tell
If your team signs in to the PIMS in Chrome, Edge or Safari, it runs in a browser, and Bridge works with it in Chrome. If they open it from an icon on the desktop, it’s likely an installed app.

What Bridge can access
Chrome asks you to let Bridge read web pages. Here’s what it does with that access.
Reads a page only while the panel is open
Bridge looks for the form fields when you open it. It can't see anything when closed.
Updates the PIMS data only when you click Fill Fields
Nothing in your PIMS changes until someone on your team fills it.
Can’t delete clients or patients in your PIMS
Bridge only fills in form fields. It never clicks buttons in your PIMS, and it can’t delete any records.
Sees only the page you're on
Bridge works only on the page in front of you, so it can’t see anything else. It never shows ads or collects payment card details.
