How Guides Work

Contact Information & Links
You just provide us with your logo, contact information, and related links via a form and we'll set it up from there. We will then send you the information to review and you can see the information in the app for yourself using your practice share code.
Client Messages
For sharing important messages in the app with your clients such as the season to restock on flea and tick medications, you just need to provide us with the content and the target clients if needed, such as dog owners. We'll send you a draft of the call to action and the content clients will see. Messages can have an action such as to purchase preventative care from your website or link to an appointment booking site.
