Do my clients need to pay to use the Every Wag guides? No, your clients get free access to the guides. Some guide actions in the app are premium features, but these actions can also be done manually. Such as logging a behavior, a user could note it down manually. All users can access the 30 day free trial to get full access.

Are there limits, or restrictions, on guides? - Max length of 52 weeks - Recommended max of 7 steps per week - Recommended max of 20 total actions per month - We will work with you to help create an engaging guide that makes sense for your clients and your clinics

What actions are avaialbe within guides? Currently available actions: - Events & reminders: Creating an event with a reminder, one time or recurring - Logging: Creating a symptom or behavior log (premium feature) - Charts: Creating a chart to track health trends (charts other than weight and body condition score are permium) - Adding data: Having the user update a current chart with a data point - Updating pet profile: Updating part of the pet profile information - Nutrition: Using the nutrition and portion calculator - Resources: Directing the client to outside web resources, webpage, PDF, etc. - Clinic Info: Displaying your clinic information to easily contact - Contacts: Adding a new contact to the pet and account - Tips: Providing a tip with suggestion - Documents: Adding a document (There is a storage limit of 50MB for free tier and 1GB for premium)

What if you don't have a guide feature that fits my care instructions? Let's talk about it, we will work with you to find a feature that will work for the circumstance or work to add that guide action into the app.

Can I customize instructions or dosages per client? At this time, no. Guides are standard for all users. If this is something you are interested, please let us know so we can explore future product features.

Can I send one message to clients from across all of my clinics? Yes, you can, but it would be the exact same message and links being sent to all clinic users. If you want to customize the message with different links or text, any changes would be considered an additional message.

When am I charged the setup fee? The setup fee is charged at the time you sign up. This one-time fee covers onboarding, guide configuration, and initial setup.

When does my monthly subscription billing start? Monthly billing begins once your guides go live and are available to your clients, not at signup.

How do I cancel my subscription? To cancel your subscription, please notify us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. This allows us time to: - Stop upcoming billing, and - Unpublish your guides before the next billing cycle begins.

What happens if I cancel? - Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period - Your guides will be unpublished at the end of that period and no longer accessible to your clients - Setup fees are non-refundable - No partial refunds are provided for unused time

What if I want to include add-ons in my subscription? Please purchase your subscription plan and pay for your setup fee. You can then message us at support@everywag.com to let us know the add-ons you are interested in an we will put together an invoice for you.
